Born in Australia in 2007 as the inaugural brand of the group, Efendy draws inspiration from the diverse flavors of Anatolian cuisine. Our menu is a testament to the culture of complete sharing, with traditional recipes prepared using ingredients cultivated on these historic lands and cooked with time-honored techniques.
In 2023, we proudly received the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand, the Gault & Millau Gourmand Table Chef Restaurant award, and the İncili Gastronomi Guide Türkiye 4 Pearls award. Our beverage menu, inspired by Anatolian flavors and sourced predominantly from local producers, complements our culinary offerings perfectly.
Anason
Inspired by the modern ambiance of Istanbul and colored by the unique blue of the Bosphorus, Anason was opened in 2016 in Sydney.
Aimed at reflecting the rich flavors of our lands and our culinary culture to its guests, Anason merges our traditional mezze culture with the beverages of our lands, such as raki and local wines, in the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city, offering a “modern tavern” experience.

Baharat, opened in 2022, takes its menu from the streets, its ambiance from the enchanting and dynamic atmosphere of Taksim, and its name from the deep story of the Spice Bazaar. With the aim of delivering the essence of all these elements, it offers a colorful range of flavors.
Embarking on its journey with a cocktail bar concept, Baharat aspires to be the discovery point for street flavors that reflect the depth and diversity of Turkish cuisine.
Maydanoz
Opened in 2021 in Sydney, Maydanoz takes inspiration from the coasts of the Aegean, with its ambiance crafted based on the endless greenery of the region and the integrity of the Aegean Sea.
Primarily highlighting a diverse range of vegetables, each prepared using various cooking techniques to bring out their unique flavors and textures, the menu is complemented by distinctive olive oil dishes and fresh herbs.
